Given the current pandemic situation we are facing here in Australia and around the world, we felt it was important to update you on what Nicol & Nicol (N&N) are doing to safeguard both our team here in the office, and our valued clients.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) has been declared a global pandemic crisis by the World Health Organisation.   In line with this, we have been asking that anyone who is symptomatic or has been in direct contact or potential exposure to COVID-19, we ask that you do not enter N&N.  Please also refrain from attending the office if you have travelled recently overseas (ie. in the past 14 days).

How N&N will be implementing the government guidance on social distancing

As of Monday 23rd March 2020, we will cease having face-to-face client meetings either in the N&N office (or any other locations) until further notice.

We have chosen this to protect the safety, health and well-being of our employees and clients by minimising personal interaction whilst the pandemic is rapidly unfolding

We will continue to service you and have implemented policies to allow us to work remotely.   While at this stage we are still in the office, we are currently utilising the technology available for us to work from home if required to do so in the coming weeks.

How N&N will ensure we continue to service and assist you

We are still open for business and you can always contact us via phone & email.
Please keep emailing or phoning your N&N accountants and advisors when you need us, and we will be here to help you!

Where possible, we will now be conducting meetings via phone or video-link.  If you do have a meeting booked with any of the N&N team members, we will be in contact directly to discuss your options as to how your meeting can best be conducted.

How long will this temporary change be in effect?

We will update you as changes are made from the authorities.  We appreciate your patience during this time and apologise for any inconvenience while we, and the wider community, adjusts to these changes

We also look forward to returning to normal service and face-to-face meetings with you once advised this is safe to do so.
