We have attached the following general information in regards to the most recent Victorian Government Business Costs Assistance Program Round Two which was updated on 6 June 2021. Please review if you believe your business has been adversely affected by the lockdown to assess your eligibility for the latest financial support
You may be eligible for a $2,500 or a $5,000 grant if you are operating in specified industries (by ANZISC code ANZSIC classes) and are:
- In an industry affected by the lockdown (ie specifically told to shut or can’t operate remotely)
- employing / non-employing businesses
- companies, partnerships, and trusts are eligible
- Sole traders may also be eligible (if they meet other conditions)
Basic conditions that must be met:
- Operating a business located within Victoria
- registered as operating in an eligible ANZSIC classes (as defined by the ANZSIC class linked to the business’ ABN) ANZSIC classes
- Have incurred direct costs as a result of the circuit breaker action;
- Have an annual Victorian payroll of up to $10 million in 2019-20 (or not an employer)
- Are registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST) on 27 May 2021;
- Hold an current Australian Business Number (ABN) at 27 May 2021
- Be registered with relevant regulator (ie. AISC / Consumer Affairs Vic / WorkCover)

It is not too difficult to follow the prompts and you will only need the following:
- ABN
- ACN (for companies only)
- Business and individual details (name, address, contact info etc)
- Basic comments on the nature of business, how you have been effected, number of employees
- WorkCover Employer Number (WEN) – this will be on your most recent WorkCover policy (for employers only)
- Your bank details (BSB & Account) for receipt of grant
- Drivers licence or Medicare card (for proof of identity)
- You must certify that you meet all the criteria and have checked the ANZSIC code is correctly stated on the ABR website ABR.GOV.AU
Alternatively, if you having trouble, are not comfortable with completing the form by yourself, or have any questions regarding the ANZSIC classes or your business, we would be happy complete this for you for a fee ($250). Please provide the details listed above to reception@kenc16.sg-host.com
